# Silicon Capital — Commercial Data License Tiers (Draft)

This is a **design-partner / evaluation framing draft**, not a clickwrap marketplace
and not a substitute for counsel-reviewed legal terms.

The downloadable sample pack is a **seed/eval** kit (stack map + scores + slim benchmarks),
not a live Bloomberg-style feed.

## Design-partner pack (now)

1. Download the existing sample pack from `/data` (same JSON format — do not invent a second pack).
2. Read eval / design-partner terms on `/data/license`.
3. Join the waitlist (`data_pilot` or `api_commercial`). Public underwrite stays free.
4. Written design-partner agreement if you want embed or training rights.

API keys already exist (SC-018) for sellable depth (frozen snapshots, stack-risk export).
No additional Stripe product is required for this eval pack.

- Portfolio thesis-risk outputs
- Institutional flow summaries on our coverage set
- Optional: snapshots/history when available

## What is not licensed by default

- Commodity OHLCV from third parties
- Full SEC filing dumps we do not own
- End-user portfolio contents
- Right to train public foundation models on our gold labels (separate addendum)
